"Location is good! Bathroom was too small. No toiletries. Only Hand wash was available. Breakfast was good. They provided fresh ginger shots and smoothie. It was excellent. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. There was a grocery store right opposite to the hotel."

"Check in was a bit of a disappointment as we were given the wrong room (our keys unlocked a room with other peoples things in it). The staff were fairly unconcerned. The room we did get was uninspiring and had paint peeling. They also added an extra breakfast to our bill at check out. Setting is as good as it gets, nice facilities for kids, but we’ve stayed in better."

"This is a nice older style building. Our room was a good size and the hotel is in a good location. Breakfast, tea and dinner all included in the room rate. Meals were good with a very good salad bar and very good breakfast options. The staff ate the stars at this hotel."

"The hotel is brand new, and in an excellent location. The staff were very helpful and friendly! Unfortunately, we felt like the experience we received was not as advertised. Upon arrival, the xpress check in machines are not working. Calling the number on the screen just gets you an automated voice walking you through the process that is clearly not working. A staff member can be summoned by selecting the "time sensitive issue" option. We were led to our room, which had not been cleaned. ...
