"Arrival instructions require guests to call the hotel to request the shuttle. I arrived at the airport at 1:30 AM, and called the hotel for a solid hour before anyone answered. I explained that I had been calling to request the shuttle for an hour….I received no apology, was told instead “We were very busy”. I’m retired now, only travel for enjoyment; but I spent many years traveling for business. Never in 30 years did I feel so dismissed and unappreciated as a customer. That woman working the desk needs to find a job that she enjoys! Unfortunately, Courtyard by Marriot Chicago Midway, will not be a future choice for me."

"This was a great place to stay. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful.. breakfast was good in the morning and the shuttle two and from the airport was right on time. I will definitely do it again."

"The Hilton Hotel Oak Lawn, IL was beautiful. The customer service of staff was excellent. It was in an outstanding location for eating and shopping. We were there for funeral so we didn't do any pool or gym. The restaurant in lobby had a delicious buffet breakfast with everything on buffet."
