Rest assured ;-)

Mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Good rest :-) Coffee station only available for a specified time in the morning. I wish that was open, but I'm not complaining. Staff is friendly and helpful. Other guests are as well, so the clientele is a plus, reassuring for future stays. I will return.

There seems to always be an odd smell in these hotels. The room was clean. You would have to pay for simple necessities like tissue/ Kleenex and WiFi. The fire alarm was set off on our last night so it was a little upsetting. You could hear everything as the floors and walls seem thin. I was up most of the nights due to the noisy ac/ heater.

First time staying there. Gave me a room at the end of the floor, which wasn’t good for this senior lady! Furniture was just minumally comfortable, and very dated. Was pleased with the kitchenette. I did return the following week for two days, and actually would stay there again.

Strategic location near the Midway Airport. Parking lot is free and easy to access. But unfortunately, we have a little problem with the bathroom's sewer. Overall, it was value for money.

Alarm went off 4x or 5x ...Guest trying to cook...Dog barking n biting on door....in my Room 207 Cat mess up Big Chair look bad..should be replaced...I didn't like knowing a cat bend here...The young lady know her job... I like her waiting on Me..Kierra I understand her better she explains to better... I'm a 64yr lady., I come when she their and a Old white Man sorry I don't know his name.nice explain good as well... Thank you I like it here.....

Check in was easy and quick! The hotel was clean but very noisy. The bed was not the most comfortable and we only had 1 small shampoo and 1 cleaning bar, so very limited toiletries. the surrounding area felt very unsafe.
