"We chose this hotel because they have the check in at any time. We arrived at 10.30pm and at the reception were told (with google translator) that they do it only until 10pm and they will move us to a different hotel nearby. "Grand Hotel Du Lac is an amazing place to stay and very convenient. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful.
Kati Ng is specially helpful and always goes out of her way to help us out booking our activities she even brought us Pomelo after finding out that we love fruits- she is such a lovely lady.
It is our 3rd time staying at tbis hotel. We keep because the staff is genuinely cares about their guest.

"Everything is good, except bathroom needs place for shampoo closed to shower. The toilet bowl needs to be replaced, the existing bowl is to shallow...to elders it's touched ... It's better to replace it. Otherwise, it's pleasant to stay. Staffs is excellent. "
