"The location area I felt safe. The hotel was pretty nice for the most part. But my room I felt like it was not cleaned. I woke up to find out I slept in the bed with someone’s eyelash, hair, and stains. I was highly disgusted. I just assumed the room was clean. Just pull you overs back at all times. You never know what is lurking between the sheets!"

"The man who checked us in late on March 20th was fantastic and the room was clean. The shuttle driver had no idea where he was going and took literally 40 minutes and the guests on the shuttle finally speaking up to get him to terminal 8 where most of us were flying out of. "
