Upstairs Room 11. Simply but comfortably furnished. Well sized with a pleasing balcony. Modernised bathroom a treat.
Welcoming and helpful staff made negotiating the stairs with luggage a breeze.
250m by bush track to the beach 🙂.
The good quality Thai restaurant next door rounded out a very pleasant stay.
We booked a cabin for one night on our week long road trip from Brisbane to Airlie Beach. The room was exactly what we expected and ideal for one night, which enabled us to explore the sleepy towns of Agnes Beach and Seventeen Seventy.

Spacious but a bit worn room. Average facilities. Friendly staff. Overall good value for the money as it was quite cheap.

Rooms were clean but a/c struggled to get caught up. WiFi was weak and only available near reception building. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Staff were fantastic and friendly. However the room was not very clean despite a beach environment. Bathroom and fridge and floors in particular. Bed and aircon were fine.
Checking in went smoothly. The guy on duty was friendly and helpful.
The room was basic, but neat and clean, fully equipped.
Unfortunately, one downside was as it is winter with temperatures below or around 10 degrees in morning and evening, a heater or the aircon put in reverse (heat) would have made our stay more comfortable.
There were building and renovations going on behind the complex we were staying although we didn’t really get any nuisance from it.
The complex is situated alongside a road which means there is not a (nice) view when you want to sit on the balcony, but it was too chilly anyway for sitting and relaxing outside.
Overall a nice place to stay for when you are passing through, like we were.
Room was very clean...fresh bed linen and towels...everything working...manager Jack excellent! Would book again...I had a comfort room with a patio...
Basically you get what you pay for. Room was clean and check in was smooth but the handbasin in the bathroom was so small that water get splashing out.
