โStaffs are all very friendly and helpful. I was confused at the check-in when they request for my payment which was already finished via hotels.com. I think it is the basic knowledge that customer and hotel both know. If a customer might be confused due to his/her consecutive travels, the hotel must not be confused. โSuperb! I had a brief lay over in Cairoโฆ. My only regret is that I wasnโt able to stay longer! Impressive service. The staff truly went above and beyond. I have stayed at many five star hotels, this is by far the best!! I will be back soon! โ
