"Liked- parking was included, kitchenette, murphy bed, walking distance to beach and shopping, balcony Only 18 minutes to Walmart. Did not like- construction, water shut off during stay, pool and jacuzzi were drained for a week (maintenance), dry sauna was under renovation. Also when I asked front desk about extra towels,they told me to call my host. They did bring clean towels the next day though. "

"The property had a great location. It isn’t right on the beach but it’s only a short walk to it. Same for downtown Waikiki. The on-site parking that was included was a great addition. The place had everything we needed. The on-site minimart was packed with all the little things you may have forgotten, including staples like bread, milk, and other groceries. "Overall everything was great. I gave it a 4 because we paid for the week of parking and 3/5 days they oversold the parking so we had to park and pay at the zoo. Also bigger vehicles not a good idea as we couldn’t park one of our vehicles here at all due to height. We know for next time to get a smaller car too. "Overall good - staff (friendly and helpful), location outstanding to Waikiki Beach, shopping, food, and local markets/events. Room clean and sufficient for overnight stay (we were heading out on a cruise next day). Murphy bed was comfortable enough but difficult to get to go back in properly. Overall stay was good but was surprised at the high additional resort charge for a 1 night stay! "

"Jacques was amazing and so helpful!! Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful!! The outside of the hotel wasn’t impressive, but the room was really nice and updated. The full kitchen was awesome with so many appliances with the rice cooker and the blender. It was very comfortable and functional. Worked perfectly for me and my kids. "

"We had a partial ocean view room on the 21st floor facing Diamond Head with a great view of Waikiki. The Park Shore Waikiki blocked our view of Diamond Head. The staff was very friendly. The location is EXCELLENT!! We checked out and hiked Diamond Head (reservation required) and left our luggage stored at the hotel. That worked out great since we were boarding our cruise ship much later in the day."
