Good location, but not that good of sound proofing for rooms.

Very conveniently located next to Waikiki. Room is very basic, like a college dorm. With that being said, you go to Hawaii to be outside and not hanging out in your room. It serves it's purpose, clean and comfortable, plus very affordable. Staff is super friendly and the coffee bar is simple and appreciated.

Very friendly staff. Hotel is being renovated, but the font desk person gave us a compimentary upgrade away from any nose. The room cleaning people are like guest service ambassadors (Nancy in our case) and she always remembered our name and has a great Aloha Spirit! It is nice to have Duke’s in front, and the Mai Tai bar at the Royal Hawaiian is steps through the sand away next door!, The hotel is situated very well in an upscale section of Waikiki. We would stay there again.

Overall nice property. Lacking on

Excellent option for budget minded folks. Literally across the street from waikiki beaches. All the restaurants, stores and bars are walking distance. No restaurant, bar, pool or hot tub on site. Nice, clean, small rooms with balcony. We had a partial ocean view. Shower is a trickle but it was warm. Staff is excellent - super friendly knowledgeable of the area and friendly. I’d recommend to staying here if you don’t “need” the extras. We enjoyed our stay!
