Ac didn’t work the first night and dead cockroaches in the bathroom. But the service was amazing and they came quick and fixed the problems.

Hilo Reeds Bay Hotel
Good location, Bay view room worth the extra money. Older property with some deferred maintenance, but clean room and good service. The kitchenette with dishware is a nice extra.

I stayed at the Plumeria Inn for 4 nights. The unit is like a studio apartment. It is well outfitted with just about everything you need. I cooked all of my meals here.
