Great hotel, restaurant not worth it.

Lovely facility, spacious room with patio. Nice size bathroom but slippery shower floor. Comfortable bed and great breakfast! Piscine restaurant tried but failed - bar was creative, drinks good.

We stayed in the double bedroom suite, very spacious and clean but there is no proper storage, not a single drawer or cabinet other than at the entry. Small bathroom and the toilet in a separate room with no sink (and far from the bathroom). Not very convenient. The layout of the hotel is pretty strange, as many other guests mentioned. The outdoor pools are great but so so cold. Too bad. The breakfast room is again kind of soulless.. the food was average, good variety. Indoor and spa area very nice. It's great if you play tennis/pickle ball. Overall the place is as many guest described, it has potential to be much better than it is.

The “suite” was large and clean. Two bedrooms (only 1 had a closet), 1 separate shower room and a separate toilet room; it would have been great if there was a refrigerator though. Large exterior deck.

Genuinely impressed!

Highly recommend this hotel. Really clean and fantastic modern interior design, really comfortable beds, excellent food and service and amazing outdoor pools/spa and tennis/golf facilities.

Fomos hospedados num quarto anexo, pequeno, sem apoio para as malas, ar condicionado não funcionava e passamos bastante calor. No primeiro dia só tinha uma toalha de banho. Reclamei e enviaram outra toalha no dia seguinte, após o serviço de quarto, porem voltaram a deixar apenas uma tolha de banho. Café da manhã com poucas opções de frutas, mas aceitável. Pelas indicações fomos com alta expectativa e saímos decepcionados.

I honestly don’t understand how anyone rated it less than 5! We had such a wonderful experience—from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Shoutout to Mylann, who greeted us at reception, checked us in, gave us excellent recommendations, and even walked us to our room! Our room, while simple in decor, had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It was clean and well-furnished. Housekeeping was done daily to an excellent standard, and the linen was changed every day—which we didn’t expect but truly appreciated. The facilities were fantastic! We loved the indoor heated pool, hammam, and sauna. Although children are only allowed between 9 and 11 a.m., when I couldn’t get through on the phone to book a spot, the staff were kind enough to let my son stay until 11:30. My husband and I really enjoyed the gym, basketball courts, and tennis courts as well. Breakfast was excellent and constantly replenished. So, either other people’s reviews were harsh, or Le [hotel name] has really taken feedback on board—because we had nothing short of an exceptional experience and would happily return again and again!

Dès nôtre arrivée le jeune homme de la réception nous a accueilli avec le sourire et les renseignements dont nous avions besoins. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée et du sauna avec un bon thé chaud pour nous détendre. Le soir repas au restaurant avec du fait maison tout simplement délicieux. Merci à tous

Pour sportifs !

Séjour en couple agréable. Dédié aux sportifs et pas trop aux romantiques. Nous avons retenu la suite prestige deux chambres. Nous avons eu celle du rez de chaussée, très spacieuse mais le coin salon n'a pas d'éclairage malgré nos demandes répétées. Il n'y a pas de réfrigérateur et cela peut être ennuyeux surtout en période de fortes chaleurs. Si vous retenez la même chambre que nous et que vous êtes en couple, demandez les étages supérieurs, vous n'aurez pas la très grande terrasse mais vous aurez une plus jolie vue et, ces chambres étant retenues par des familles, moins d'enfants qui courent au dessus de vos têtes ;-)

It is a very nice place Little inconvenients: we can not come from hotel to reception, restaurant, spa, directly. We have to go out and come after. No good. Indoor pool ground has problems, inside pool and outside. But nice place.
