Great staff - very helpful and always available. Room was nice, very 'showa' feel with Tatami mats and adornments. The Onsen bath, particularly the external new Sauna (from Estonia!) and Rotenburo, were quite pleasant. The buffet is designed for tour groups, but tasty selection! Would stay again if had chance b/c very close to everything and perfect facilities for skiing trip.

チェックインはスムーズでした。お部屋もきれいでした。大浴場があるので、寒い時期にはとてもありがたかったです。朝食はひと通りの新潟のものがいただけるのでお得な気持ちになりました。チェックアウト後は、荷物を預けるのも駅から近いので、便利でした。
