"We throughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a little dated, but the facilities are well maintained, the breakfast buffet is full of tasty local delicacies, the staff was amazing and the location is very convenient. I will stay here again. "
"Very walkable to Niigata station. Also very safe and peaceful street with a few restaurants asbyou walk back to hotel Receptionist was very polite and helpful.
We had a good 4 nights Stay."
"I was not a big fan of this place. Not super clean in some part of the room. Terrible AC placement. They only have one laundry machine and it's hidden in the onsen section forcing you to walk shoeless on a semi- wet floor."
"Great location. Older style hotel and our initial room was very poor and we were moved to an excellent room because the air conditioning didn’t work in the first one. The second room had excellent beds, aircon and space. The staff service was impeccable, particularly Miss Watanabe as she helped us with many things like booking restaurants and finding a good Onsen. The breakfast staff were also wonderful as were the cleaning staff and others at reception. The hotel is old but obviously some rooms...

"Central location, all amenities worked, very cheap price and just a small surcharge for breakfast. Very helpful front-desk young lady and a range of extras like iced drinks in the reception area, including ice cubes."
"Absolutely wonderful experience inside the hotel. Very new and clean rooms with excellent views. Terrific breakfast. The hotel’s only small downside is that it is slightly isolated - very convenient to the convention center next door, but not much else. I would absolutely stay here again if visiting Niigata. "
"Location is mint for this hotel. Between the regulator rail service, to the bullet trains, to the area buses, any the coach buses, you have every availability for transportation at your door step.
The check in/ out counter staff are very helpful, polite, patient, and understanding. "
"Very nice hotel, about 3min walk to main station, friendly staff easy check in, large clean rooms modem hotel the buffet break was amazing absolutely recommend would staff again "
"Overall the hotel is clean and the room is spacious but one thing grates me with these hotel chains they ask a hiring price for a kettle (1000yn) other than that they offer coffee/tea facilities down in the foyer. Taking a cup of tea up a flight of stairs to the Mrs can be a bit of a chore for a four-score age person. Breakfast finished at 9am and my wife rolled up at 9.04am and promptly told "NO BREAKFAST" bit rich as most places have breakfast going till 10am and beside we were not informed of the time period for the breakfast. Other than that the hotle offer spacious rooms with twin beds."
