Central location, all amenities worked, very cheap price and just a small surcharge for breakfast. Very helpful front-desk young lady and a range of extras like iced drinks in the reception area, including ice cubes.

Hotel Nikko Niigata
Hotel is good. Room is very spacious and our view is very good. Bathroom has all The basic bath amenities. Only downside is the sewerage smell from the toilet. The hotel Chinese restaurant, Tho Lee, is excellent. They serve all you can eat dim sum for lunch fantastic.
