"Our concierge was very helpful for our stay. Photos on platform are little deceiving, our unity was just ok with some kitchen appliances stuffed in the adjacent room. Not big deal since we were there only for sleeping. There are some details to improve like having toiletries (shampoo and soap) and getting ride of that weird smell."

"Quiet street was great with an amazing Jungle Fish House a few doors down for lunch and dinner-Order the prawns! View is great beach good with low seaweed. Snorkeling out front good also 100 yards out. Attendants nancy and maria were very helpful and attentive. Super happy with maria on first morning enlisting her husband to make calls for us to our previous resort to secure our lost watch from checkout. That resort was unresponsive to us. Verizon cell service not clear here. Only challenge...

"My family and I had the best time at Grand Sirenis! The resort is wonderful in every aspect. We loved the beach and lazy river. The food was also really good. Lots of options to choose from. The shows at night were very well put together with really talented dancers. Another highlight was getting to see the dolphins onsite! Special shoutout to Ricardo at the front desk. He was so kind and helpful, making sure we had a great stay. Also, Erik in the main dinning hall was excellent. He's there for breakfast and lunch. The best waiter at the resort, so attentive and friendly! My only con would be the main concierge of our building. He was not very helpful and was barely there. Overall we had a great stay. They made us feel extra special for booking with Expedia. We would definitely recommend the Grand Sirenis :) "

Best beachfront stay ever!

"We had a wonderful stay at Del Sol. We woke up with the sunrise every morning and that alone is a given extra. We had excellent maid service thanks to Evelia who was fantastic! The unit was very comfortable, it had everything we needed during our stay. Before arriving, the hotel sent us some recommendations about things to bring, and we're happy we read it because the local convenience stores have limited food items, so we brought along spices. The service provided by Teresa and Federico was of high quality. We can't wait to be back there soon!"
