“There are no English-speaking staff at the front desk. The most horrifying experience was that after four or five minutes of showering, the hot water would run out, leaving only cold water. “Definitely would recommend to others! If you’re having second doubts, don’t. Just book this spot. It’s brand-new and the staff’s hospitality is amazing. The room was spectacular with the plunge pool right by your bed. I will definitely be returning to Albaluz. The restaurant, SANJo Beach Club, has amazing food and drinks. This whole place was 10000/10!”
