"The staff’s friendly and cheerful faces were very impressive. The facilities and landscaping were clean and well-maintained. There was a swimming pool, but the water was very cold, so we only used the hot tub. The rooms were arranged in a row, and because they had regular glass windows, the interiors were fully visible. We stayed as a family and went for a walk, but on the way back to our room, another guest unpleasantly told our child not to look into their room. It made us feel uncomfortable. Our child is only four years old and just a little kid. Since the windows are just glass, if privacy is important, the curtains should be properly closed."
