“The customer service was amazing. Everyone we approached for questions or help were so helpful. This hotel is not up to the level of how they advertise. Once we started walking to our room the smell of the hallways was very strange even the room smelled, moldy maybe. I understand the hotel is right at the beach and it may happen. There is no Air conditioner, The room only had a regular fan that did not blow enough air and the room was very muggy, I requested an extra fan but my answer was only...

“The building does not have AC. In plain summer the humidity and heat is unbearable. We called front desk and ask for a fan and they said they run out. One of my friend has Asthma and she almost pass out because the heat inside de room was horrible. I don't recommend this place. Poor costumer service and the pools were dirty and both jacuzzis were out of service. But that's the least problem. The main problem is the No AC. We are tourist. We are not used to the heat that's why they need to fix...
