“The room was great very clean and had a nice view. The staff was very friendly. They had restaurants and a bar on the property which was nice. Food and drinks were good. ”

“First of all the pool closes at 9pm even on wknds No fridge inside the room for your leftovers or keep your water cold. Ice is not free or provided in the property, they want you to purchase it. There’s no AC in the rooms. The only good thing about this hotel is how close it is to puerto Nuevo restaurants 5 min walk !!! The view as well is amazing”

“We were just in town for the night and I’m so happy with our choice. The property is beautiful and the view was gorgeous. Carlos was a big help and made us feel right a home. We will definitely a back for a second stay.”

“Worst check in and check out ever . They ask for a cash deposit then they find anything in the room that is wrong if you did it or not to take from your deposit. There is no boat like in the photo . The jacuzzi on property where not even 80 degrees just over all a very bad place to stay i would rather pay you to stay somewhere else . Very scrappy place even maintenance on the place was very bad . Elevator felt like it was going to fall apart .”
