"The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Wonderful rooms comma clean well taken care of. The pool was smaller than I anticipated and was very full of people.So unfortunately, it didn't get a use that amenity, but it's a beautiful property and I would stay there again"

"The property is truly wonderful. The facilities, surroundings, and vineyards make it a very special place to stay. One suggestion for improvement would be to let guests know in advance that having a car is highly recommended. There are limited transportation options, and there isn’t much to do within walking distance or inside the resort itself. It would also be very helpful to better communicate the events taking place at the restaurant. During our stay, there was a special themed evening with live music, but we only found out after it had already started. We would definitely have attended if we had known beforehand. I have stayed at Casa Molle, a boutique hotel in Chile with a similar concept, and I believe it could serve as a great benchmark. There, the experience is enhanced by a heated pool, a luxury spa, and meals included, which encourages guests to spend more time enjoying the property. Incorporating some of these elements could make the guest experience even more exceptional at what is already a beautiful destination with tremendous potential. Polly"

"Overall we love our stay , loved that we were upgraded to a bigger room, it was well maintained and clean, will definitely comeback plus they have more than 5 Tesla chargers, the only cons I found was buffet breakfast they charge for kids over 12 and our kids don’t eat much so I found that little pricey but food was good. We are definitely coming back."

"Clean rooms with new mattresses ! Small refrigerators in the rooms & new minisplits. We asked for blankets & received them right away. Our room was cleaned when we asked for it & it was excellent. This is centrally located & near the malecón. We had no problem getting an Uber to go anywhere we wanted. This place is outstanding !"
