“Overall wasn’t happy with customer service. They would charge drinks at the bar overly expensive with add ons that I wasn’t aware of. They gave my wife attitude because she wanted a pool towel. They charged me because apparently I damaged the toilet seat cover when I bearly closed it and it broke. Overall will be my first and last time coming here. Also they came into my room while I had the dnd sign and took my personal towels I had brought. Not right.”

The property appears to have been neglected and is in significant need of maintenance and repairs. There were piles of debris throughout the hotel, which were not only unsightly but also raised safety concerns.
