This place is absolutely stunning! Country setting overlooking the city, waterfall in the backyard, close to a lot of things including grocery store, shopping and Lake Mytan. I can not ask for a better place to stay. Thank you Ari for letting us stay at your beautiful place!

This was such a comfortable place to stay for two nights. It was close enough to town that we could get the grocery, and restaurants. We liked that it had a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a wash and dryer. It was clean and tastefully decorated. We would definitely recommend this property to other families.

this is a perfect oasis and base to explore north Iceland. The view of the lake and Akureyri is breathtaking and it's only 7 minutes from downtown. The house is clean, the kitchen and bathroom well stocked and the washer and dryer an added bonus. We met and enjoyed the chickens and rabbits that live on the hilltop property and watched the midnight sun set and the stars at night, when possible. I highly recommend!

Nice apartment well-equipped with washer dryer, giving a nice opportunity to wash clothes during the stay. Offers stunning view over Akureyri.

Lovely and spacious accommodation. Very clean and all amenities in place. Bonus of having a washing machine and drier which came in very handy! Hot tub was grwat, easy to use. Highly recommended.

Huge place. We were 3, but could have been 6. Calm location with a nice view on Akureyri at night. Laundry room, all the amenities in the kitchen with a large dinning table. Decor is a little outdated. Mattresses and pillows are old and the room configuration could be optimized to allow for the bedroom doors to fully open. But good stay overall.
