The apartment is modern, comfortable, and well maintained. The kitchen is very well equipped, which made our stay especially convenient. It is also within a short walking distance of the iconic church and the main downtown street. One thing to note is that the washing machine and dryer are shared with other guests on the same floor. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay here.

Check in was easy and Margaret ( the host) greeted and checked me into the apartment. The apartment was clean modern and had all the amenities I needed. Big plus was the ability to do some laundry. The building is located just up the hill from the center and another big plus was the local pool/ hot tub which was also close by and much cleaner and cheaper. Overall a well run operation. Thanx I enjoyed it.

The room was clean and convenient, especially for those who would like to get food at the grocery store to avoid paying restaurant prices multiple times a day. Parking is tight, with just enough spaces, so if anyone does a bad job, it can be hard to park. The apartment is very convenient to the shopping and dining district, right across from an iconic church, the art museum, and botanical garden.

Clean and well located apartment. Felt very new but oddly seemed to have single glazing and ear plugs were provided. Noise not so bad - more from outside than neighbours. Parking at property full but alternative parking (free overnight) opposite. Not sent entry code till morning of reservation which is always too late. Cooking facilities adequate.

Amazing apartment just close to everything :) Is my second time staying here, is clean, comfortable, kitchen has all the equipment needed :) There is free parking outside. The host was so lovely and very responsive when i needed something. Definitely the best place to stay in Akureyri. I will come back

Great apartment with friendly and helpful hostess. The apartment is clean and tidy, has Netflix too. Location is good with the Old Town South Airport Bus stop 5 minutes walk away if needed. Kitchen and bathroom are good. There are free Laundry facilities. Gunny was very friendly and helpful, she responds quickly on WhatsApp. Will recommend.
