“I booked a Balcony Room, but upon arrival, I was given a room with only a window. Not a single staff member offered a sincere apology for the mistake. Instead, they only offered a single lunch as compensation, which is insulting given the price difference. It seems like this hotel intentionally overbooks their premium rooms and expects guests to just deal with it. I’m writing this so no one else has to go through this frustrating experience. Save your money and stay elsewhere.”

“Beautiful clean hotel, very helpful and pleasant staff. Unsecured car parking was available in front of the hotel (very rare in Cairo). The roof where breakfast is served has excellent views of the pyramids. The hotel is convenient for the pyramids and the new Cairo museum, but far from the city centre.”
