"Hôtel médiocre - 3 étoiles MAX. Plusieurs irritants : serviettes extrêmement usées (jaune !!), descente de bain non disponible , joints usées et non propres, tapis non propre, déjeuner très médiocre car ça date de la veille et c’est pas renouvelé, les garçons sont serviables mais il manque des touches d’un hôtel pourtant neuf. Musique dans la salle à manger à changer svp ça donne envie de dormir. Attentions aux marches : ça glisse après l’ascenseur et par sécurité il n’avertissent pas qu’il y a une marche. UN SEUL fer à repasser pour tout l’hôtel , vous êtes sérieux ? Cela laisse vraiment à désirer. L’hôtel doit aussi veiller à changer la fille à l’accueil car elle est bête. Elle demande d’un ton vraiment dénigrant et condescendant: voulez vous valider votre chambre car malheureusement vous avez pris une chambre très bruyante , allez valider et revenez … sérieusement c’est ça votre solution ? Juste d’aller voir et changer ce n’est pas possible ? N’achetez pas une nuit à cet hôtel avec un prix plus de 100$ ÇA. Les femmes de chambres sont gentilles. Juste un mot à l’hôtel : occupez vous de votre premier investissement à la place (💈💇♀️ , à force de s’éparpiller vous perdez la signification de ce que c’est du service à la clientèle. Ça s’appelle de l’abus la manière dont vous traitez les clients. Faites une visite au Canada ou dans un autre hôtel vraiment 5 étoile et prenez des notes. Merci aux employés gentils tout de même."

"Great hotel, great location, secure parking and friendly staff, too bad they advertise a pool but the pool was closed. We booked this hotel to relax around the pool so it was disappointing. Otherwise we would have given it 5 stars."

"The breakfast was fantastic. Hananne and Jihane were the perfect hosts. It is an old and not very modern house, but they have transformed it into one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Their dedication to making it as comfortable for their guests is amazing. I stayed in the penthouse, if you have trouble with stairs,tell them."

"Dusty, smelly, and dirty. Only Asmae is willing to help yet her hands are tied. Very limited for what she can do for guests. Both indoor and outdoor construction created this unlivable dusty environment, which caused my asthma to kick in. My “senior suite” was with strong gasoline odor when I tried to go to sleep. After 20 minutes the odor became stronger. I requested room change before gas poisoning. First run there gave me was small, damp, and moldy. I refused to take it. They finally offered an adequate yet still fussy room. I wish I could give them zero star. "

"It’s situated within the medina which is ideal although you will need to walk a little way from the Main Street to access it. It was down a dirty alleyway with some cats and poo which wasn’t nice. It’s not their area but perhaps they may need to consider how to make that first area more appealing to guests as it looks awful. Inside it was a very nicely decorated Riad. Breakfast was good and useful. I would say if visiting in winter months that this Riad was very cold. The air con didn’t seem to work in heating up the room. This was the one place where I could see my breath so that was a bit of a drawback. I’m sure in the warmer months it’s very comfortable. "
