“The amenities were useless they have iron stand but not the iron their is a hair dryer which doesn't work, Tv screen was broken and wasn't getting a single Wifi signal the wifi is really bad”

“It was a pleasent stay, the apartment was nice and spacious, staff was helpful but some of the staff was not freindly/professional at all. The apartment was clean but it seemed like the sheets were not as clean cuz it was making our skin itchy, there were no towels. But overall it was a good stay, area was nice and quiet as well. I was ok for a short stay.”

“Hotel looks new with lot of modern features incorporated. However, the real soul of hospitality is missing. Hardly see staff smiling. Infact, the reception seems lost and robotic. Staying in five star hotels, first time I have experienced coming back form work and finding the room as you left it. Asking for the reason, "the house keeping was not told to clean the room. They cannot enter the room without permission". I am confused, is it good or bad. I mean, you trsut the hotel and expect them to...

“객실에 들어서자마자 너무 냄새가 심해서 역했고… 화장실 방 모두 냄새가 심했음. 화장실 벽 타일에 낀 분홍색 곰팡이도 너무 비위생적으로 느껴졌음. 문에 청소 요청 태그를 달아도 수건을 바꾸지 않고 쓰레기도 안치움. 다만 직원들이 친절하고 서비스도 좋아 요청을 하니 에어컨 필터도 갈아주는 등 후속 조치는 잘해줌. 얖에 큰 슈퍼가 있는 것도 매우 편리함. ”
