“Stayed for 2 nights with a family of 4. We loved it, mostly because of the staff. They are amazing and super helpful. The accommodation is not particularly easy to find and there is no designated parking but the staff came and got us from the main road, helped us find parking in a local garage, then carried our suitcases up the entire hill and into our room. So the lack of luxury, having private parking was a non-issue. Also when visiting chefchaouen you can't really expect parking or easy...

“We stayed one night here, I couldn’t have stayed any longer here. It was absolutely freezing, the weather wasn’t that great obviously not there fault but they had no heat in the room, they did have a little space heater in the room but wasn’t very powerful, The bathroom was very small, I stayed with my dad and requested two beds. “Stayed one night at Dar Jasmine in Chefchaouen. Room was spacious, beautifully decorated, with an incredible view over the city. Staff were warm and helpful -even packed us a to-go breakfast for an early ferry departure. Stairs: ~150-200 steps from the street up to the hotel, no alternate route. Not workable for anyone with mobility issues or unsteady footing - same goes for Chefchaouen's hillside streets generally.
