“The hotel arranged a driver to meet us at the airport and brought us and our luggage directly to the Riad. On arrival we were met by the manager who graciously served us mint tea and assorted traditional pastries and he told us about the area and how to get to our meeting point for our excursion the following day. The room was perfect, had a traditional feel and look to it but had all the modern amenities like wifi and air con. Had a good breakfast in the morning with some Moroccan pancakes,...

“Overall, it’s perfect. Nothing to say more. Host is really kind and nice and careful and friendly. Everything is included in really good price. Filtered water, heater, orange juice, breakfast, etc. I will definitely stay there if I go there again.”

“Terrible service due to noise and uncaring staff. Still waiting for refund. Room wasnt ad advertised.”

“Adequate accommodation. Basic breakfast. Staff tired?”

“nice location, kind staff. My room smelled a little bit but other things absolutely make up for it.”

“The friendly staff are the only saving grace of this property. The hotel is very run-down and in desperate need of a full renovation. Having no running water for two days during our stay made for an unacceptable experience. To top it off, the location is inconvenient, and the hotel enforces a bizarre policy banning guests from ordering online food delivery to their rooms—something standard in almost every country we've visited. Between the infrastructure failures and restrictive rules, I cannot...

“Staff is very kind and professional. Room is very clean and spacious. Breakfast was petfect.”
