"As well as this being a beautiful and relaxing resort, the staff here are are all excellent and so friendly and helpful! Ramu was amazing and looked after us so well, but all staff we had pleasure of interacting with were all great! Dowit, villa manger, Brenda, Chris, Achu and the waiter from Nepal (apologies forgot his name)! Thank again and look forward to returning! "

"I used to live at Arc towers and it was so good to be back and stay in beautiful Abu Dhabi. Regarding communication they didn’t reach out to me till the day before my stay. This should change really as that was the day I was traveling (by plane from London Heathrow) and of course I could not be contacted, so a bit worried if everything was ok. Bilal was excellent, very helpful but had not given me an access card which I needed to get to the communal area where the swimming pool was. Again...

Awesome
"My trip was awesome from the Zen Spa to the shisha lounge. Also eating on the waters at Finz restaurant and enjoying some me time on my balcony. I was also recommended by Charles of a restaurant across from the resort which was great too. I highly recommend this resort!"
