"Our first room smelled musty, and Abigail happily upgraded us to a beautiful suite that didn’t smell musty at all. We only stayed for the one night (following the Lightning’s home opener win), but if we could have, we would’ve stayed for a week. The in-house Café Quiquiriqui offers free Buddy Brew coffee for hotel guests in the morning and made us a delicious (and reasonably priced), made-to-order breakfast sandwich with real eggs. Hotel Haya is a true gem and a great value. Highly recommend."

"Loved everything about the stay. Renovations were going on which we did not know so it was a little out of sorts, but it was okay. Parking is a chore and valet is expensive. Staff was great. Door lock was missing so it looked a little rough but it scanned just looked very broken. Staff is always A++++. Super comfortable room - love the new couch. Convenient to everything. Love the ambience on the riverwalk worth the $$$"
