The entire property is spotless, and the staff are not only professional but genuinely kind and hospitable. The highlight of my stay was, without question, the deep tissue massage — the best I have ever had in my life. On top of that, the free access to the spa facilities made it an incredible value. Between the sauna, steam, and relaxation areas, it was exactly what my body needed after such a long day of travel. I truly fell in love with this place — it exceeded every expectation I had. "Hotel Room and staff were lovely as was the food, the spa facilities are nice but front of desk staff at spa, not very good (booked couples massage with prosecco and fruit, no fruit or prosecco, we complained and they told us they did not offer this and we felt like they were implying we were lying) -the spa is not ran by the hotel"
