“Room was clean and in a great location. Aircon worked very well and wasn't overly loud. Room also had a fridge and there was complimentary water. Room was as described. To find you have to go through a little alley and up into a dentist office but name of dentist is the same as the hotel- putting in the review as previous reviews are how I knew to do this. “This is a modest Guest House in Durres, which is a small beach town one hour west of Tirana and the airport TIA. The owners are a retired couple who live downstairs the property. There is a language problem for the couple but their daughter comes to the rescue. They are all very friendly and helpful. “We got a room with a single queen sized bed for the wife and I. Room looked like it was just recently built. Modern looking and functional. Plenty of places for your things. It appeared that most rooms had a balcony. Ours had a table with 2 chairs. It was a nice area to decompress after a busy day. We could see the sea from our balcony. “The rooms were clean, good breakfast. The housekeeping service staff need some training, perhaps with written instructions as a list of things to do. It was a bit of a hit and miss service. Good location about 15 min easy walk to the port. The Albanian people were very nice. It is a family run hotel and the season is a bit early so few improvements going on. Overall excellent place to stay in Saranda.”
