"After a long 13-hour journey to Albania, I could not have chosen a better place to unwind. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The entire property is spotless, and the staff are not only professional but genuinely kind and hospitable. The highlight of my stay was, without question, the deep tissue massage — the best I have ever had in my life. On top of that, the free access to the spa facilities made it an incredible value. Between the sauna, steam, and relaxation areas, it was exactly what my body needed after such a long day of travel. I truly fell in love with this place — it exceeded every expectation I had. If you are looking for comfort, care, and a touch of luxury, this is it. I cannot recommend it highly enough. "

"Hotel Room and staff were lovely as was the food, the spa facilities are nice but front of desk staff at spa, not very good (booked couples massage with prosecco and fruit, no fruit or prosecco, we complained and they told us they did not offer this and we felt like they were implying we were lying) -the spa is not ran by the hotel"

"I stayed at San Angelo Hotel with my friend Daniella and we had such a fantastic experience. From the start, the staff were so accommodating and always ready to help with anything we needed. Obed and Samuel looked after us brilliantly at mealtimes, and Joseph was especially kind and accommodating to Daniella, he really looked out for her and made sure she was comfortable throughout our stay. Helen and Caroline on reception were so friendly and gave us excellent recommendations, while Sule and Victoria kept our room spotless and always greeted us warmly. What really touched us was the free lift to the Sarandë bus station at the end of our stay, such a thoughtful gesture that shows how much they care about their guests. Sarandë itself is absolutely beautiful, and this hotel made our time there even more special. We truly felt at home, and I’d highly recommend San Angelo Hotel to anyone visiting."
