"Siamo arrivati in questa struttura verso le 11 di mattina, ma purtroppo non c'era nessuno ad attenderci. La porta d'ingresso dell'Hotel era chiusa e non siamo potuti entrare. Nonostante la prenotazione e nonostante avessimo già pagato la notte, siamo dovuti andare a trovare un'altra sistemazione altrove.
Vediamo ora, come Expedia pensa di rimediare a quanto successo.
Un rimborso!? ...un buono per la prossima prenotazione!?"

Kamer erg basis. 3 dagen achter elkaar .oeten vragen om toiletpapier geen glazen op de kamer om een glas wijn te drinken. Ontbijt was prima voor Italiaanse nirmen We hadden niet het idee dat we te maken hadden met de eigenaar. De bevlogenheid ontbrak. Er werd zeer slecht Engels gesproken. Er is niets op loopafstand van de b&b"
