Poor bathroom

The toilet handle was broken and water was seeping out under it. The tub was painted and actively peeling. The shower head was so old and damaged. I actually had to work on it to get anything worth showering with. Very disappointed !!

Second stay here and won't be back.

The room needs to be cleaned. There is so much gross stuff on the walls and the bathroom had a lot of hair in it. The fridge had mold in it. The bed is too hard. The breakfast is a disappointment.

the staff is very helpful, professional and courteous, and customer service friendly. I like that they had a washer and dryer on site but it cost too much for travelers to waste money on one load at a time to wash and dry clothing. Smokers rooms really need deep cleaning- bedding, tissue needs to be exchanged if they are going to allow smoking in the rooms. Breakfast could be a lot better-less carbs and more energy and healthy foods needs to be set out.

I booked a stay at the Quality Inn through Expedia, and it was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The moment I walked into the room, I knew I couldn’t stay there. The room had a terrible smell, and the bathtub was in awful condition—completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one I paid for. Within less than five minutes of seeing the room, I requested a refund. Unfortunately, I’m still waiting for either Expedia or the hotel to process it. This entire experience has been frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend booking this property to anyone. Expedia also needs to do better with handling these situations and ensuring their listed hotels meet a certain standard. Save yourself the hassle and book

All of my interactions with the staff were great. I truly believe they were doing their best to make our brief stay pleasant. There are renovations happening so the site was disorganized. There was furniture in piles outside of the property adding to the chaos. We did see a roach in the room as soon as we entered. There was hair on the sheets. There was an issue with the toilet backing up and flushing slowly. Hopefully once the renovations are complete things will get better.

They are still renovating. The rooms are done per se but not all the blinds/curtains might be up. I would recommend a room not facing the direction of the interstate. There is a big red sign that if the curtains don't black that out you will be lit all night. The breakfast is still limited due to I am not sure. Coffee is gone at the end of breakfast service which was a bit odd. But on the whole the experience was good the bed new and clean. The room nice. Alexandria is not but to look at but we felt safe and it was more that worth the price.

I dont like being threatened by hotel management. Hammering until 9 on other side of wall. Cashier extremely rude. Manager said he would be up to the hotel to deal with me in 2 minites. I waited patiently since i dont respond well to threats. He never showed up that day or the next morning

Needed a room and got a nightmare

This was a room that was reserved for family coming in for graduation. From the start the services was horrendous!! The front desk client was extremely rude. She was absolutely not helpful at all. We asked dor a late checkout but she said it was not going to happen because they didn't have enough housekeepers. Needless to say we will never be staying at this hotel again. On top of that the shower was clogged and we couldn't get anyone to help unclog it. But another hotel clerk did come around banging on the door to remind us about check out.

The bed comfortable.. clean room. Bathroom needs some major TLC.. bath tub was actually peeling top coat off.. the bathroom door had a hole, looks like someone punched it. Don’t go to this motel for the pool. The front desk said the pool was open, but the locks were on the gate so I asked could they unlock it. That was never done. Then we waited for the next day to swim the pool was green. Poor maintenance or manager.. Not going back
