"I was very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I had become quite ill while travelling in England and was able to obtain an early check-in at the hotel. Staff was also great about providing me information related to obtaining medical help and arranging for me to be able to take a meal up to my room.

"My husband and I stayed for one night after arriving in London and it was a beautiful treat! The building has been meticulously updated and spotless. Everything about our room was perfect - the bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and beautifully appointed throughout. We spent a little time in the Melody Whiskey Bar, which is right inside the hotel itself. Breakfast was included in our rate, and there was both an a la carte menu and continental buffet - all delicious. While I don’t think the space would have been big enough for an extended stay (with the luggage we had), it was perfect for our introduction to London!"
