"Hotel is very tired. The room had no door on the shower, the TV did not work and neither did the phone. We reported these issues to reception and they fixed the phone and connected the channels to the tv (apps like Netflix still didn’t work). The rooms are described as soundproof, which they most definitely are not! You can even hear toilets flushing, hair dryers and even people eating crisps… the walls are very thin!
