“The woman at reception was incredibly helpful. The road to Selva was closed the following day and she found suitable public transit options and let me check in early. “The hotel is very smart and, although has a lot of rooms, never felt especially busy. It’s a 25-35’ walk to town (uphill on the way back) but the two helpful shuttle buses mean the only challenge is getting home from dinner. The gym and spa area and gym are large and excellent. Most importantly, all the staff were fantastically friendly and fell over backwards to look after you.”

Spa facility was generally excellent except for the case that no warm water was provided at shower booth in indoor pool around dinner time. Rest of it, overall service and facility were exceptional.
