“Our stay was outstanding in every way. When we had a few minor problems the host was extremely responsive and addressed our needs immediately. Highly recommended and a fantastic location to the older part of Altamura.”

“A very clean and well maintained room in an excellent location. Pasquale was very kind and helpful and brought us a delicious breakfast each morning. Sadly, I can’t honestly give a perfect rating because the walls between rooms are very thin and you can hear people close by, especially when they were in the bathroom which was a little off putting. However the effort the staff go to make you feel welcome is worth that annoyance and earplugs work well and I would probably stay here again if I...

“Best experience I‘ve ever had. ”

“Great location to get from car park to hotel, store luggage then explore Matera on foot. (We saw a number of guests struggling up and down stairs in the Ild Town with large bags.) Hotel was “luxury level” clean!! And very well appointed!!”

“Todo muy bien”

“Our stay was extremely enjoyable and we will definitely return to Bitetto. Our host Nicola was very helpful and stayed in touch via WhatsApp when we needed help.”

“Great location.”
