"The broom was clean. The staff was courteous and friendly. There was no wait time. She greeted me. It was perfect and for it to be a best Western you sometimes think you don’t pay a lot so you expect bad service but I’ve gotten bad service at better hotels, but this place was a 10 out of 10 the breakfast was good in the morning. The staff was nice. It was clean no issues and it had hot water considering it was like 19° outside"
