The room was good and clean. Toilet was lose. Staff wasn’t friendly and seemed to lack the motivation to do a good job. Had no regular coffee for a long time at the breakfast buffet. Had to ask for half and half. No what we expect from a Hilton Hotel.

The staff was very helpful, friendly and welcoming.Shops are close some resturants are within walking distance. Parking was plentiful and convenient. I will stay here again next time I'm coming through Amarillo.

The room was clean and warm. All of the staff were great. The breakfast was good and they served excellent coffee. The room description talked of a couch bed, but there was not one in the room. The desk clerk set us up with a fold up bed. Also the toilet seat was an elongated one, but the toilet was a round one. Also the bathroom door did not close. The top hinge was out alignment.
