“Upon arrival, property was beautiful! Check in was easy, the gentleman who checked us in was so friendly! Ice machine third floor was broken, rooms were nice but not clean. There was a used tampon bottom of the headboard, the curtain hooks were all broken, and all shampoo , conditioner and body wash bottles were so old and looked like all they do is refill them. Towels had stains, we found a tick. Breakfast was good, BUT staff was SO rude and was rushing guests out. IT IS POSTED BREAKFAST IS...
