“The ladies at the front desk were friendly. Especially Melissa, who was so kind to help me carry my luggage downstairs at 6 AM. She did it with a big smile and waited with me until the taxi came. Much appreciated! I would like to have known that the hotel occupies the 3rd and 4th floor of a building with no elevator, so it's not for people who have trouble walking. The hotel is on a pedestrian street so your taxi can't stop in front of the door, but the closest corner is only a few meters...

“This is a clean place to stay. I'm use to Marriott, but I did not want to pay a lot for a room for one night. Plenty of places to eat nearby, and breakfast was excellent. They needed some maintenance in the shower. Slow drip when shower was off and ceiling was peeling. Otherwise bathroom was clean. Parking was also good.”

“Really lovely staff, very tranquil and beautiful gardens out back with plenty of area to sit and enjoy a drink or read a book. Very clean room, nice towels, well functioning air conditioning, nice hot water in the shower and great water pressure. Definitely not really quiet on the street outside though, in the very early morning.... so not great if you are a light sleeper or want to sleep in. Inside the hotel itself is quiet and tranquil, but you can hear noise from the street outside the room,...

“So to be fair your staying in a 500 year old building, the room is small but very cool. The property is beautiful, the history is wonderful, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only improvements I think could be made is a refrigerator in the room and more than a commercial hand soap dispenser in the bathroom, provide at least some basic soap and shampoo. Overall we had a great time here and will most likely come back.”

“I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place is quiet, clean, and well-organized. The pool at the back is a great place to relax — it's in a covered backyard area with a canopy, perfect for unwinding. Having the whole apartment to yourself is a big plus: you can buy groceries and cook your own meals, like breakfast. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind — always available whenever I needed anything. I definitely want to come back to this place and I highly recommend it to...
