โThis hotel had charged minibar payment that I never never used. I did not even look the minibar section on the table, so I do not know what kind of snack and beverage there. I have sent an email to the customer service, however they sent me a false receipt. I sent an email again, they did not answer. I am very unhappy for the attitude of this management. โHuge wow factor when you come in. Itโs a recently converted 130 year old school with high ceilings and beautiful rooms. Fully outfitted to cook your own meals. A three minute walk to the Canal Streetcar. Came with a family of four. Gated for additional safety. Free parking onsite. Gym downstairs is two treadmills and a bunch of barbells and some benches - all you need. 100% would stay here any time we are in the city, especially if staying for a week or more.โ
