While very little english is spoken by the people i interacted with I managed to ask a couple question using using google translate and they were happy to accomodate. "Excellent when I say a five star hotel, I mean a five star hotel!!!! From the moment I arrived till the moment I left I was treated like a welcome and honored guest. The concierge service was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was as easy and as convenient as possible, they were ready with recommendations and were very attentive. I had never stayed at a Sofitel before I usually stay at Andaz‘s but I wanted to stay at a five-star hotel in Seoul that was so iconic. Literally next to the lotte world mall, it was extremely refreshing to be in such a luxurious hotel: my view, my room, the restaurants, the swimming pool, the spa the gym, the breakfast, the guest It was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend this property enough."
"The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and spacious. The amenities provided were perfect down the the small details like laundry detergent, dish soap and water provided. This came in handy. The staff was helpful, the area and the building was safe and secure. I loved my stay. This was my first time in Korea and I would definitely stay there again. I walked the street at night for a late night snack or shopping and felt safe. The train station is about a block away a market as well. Everything you need is right there. Cafes, Karaoke, Starbucks, convenience stores, 24 hour McDonald's' if you get hungry in the middle of the night."
