"The girl at the front desk did not have a clue on how to check people in. I requested a handicap accessible room when I did my reservation. We did not get a handicap accessible room even though she told me she would find us one. On my second day, my room key did not work. I stood in line at the desk while she tried to check other people in for a long time she had no clue on how to find people’s reservations. The breakfast was cold on the first morning and on the second morning the little muffins were not filled. Our TV did not work, but the maintenance man gave us a new one."

"Hotel could use a bit of modern touch. Room is advertised with a fireplace. What they don’t advertise is they do not supply wood to burn in the fireplace nor do they sell it. I appreciated they offer breakfast but the eggs were literally on the cold side. Overall even with the few issues I had with the hotel I would recommend if you’re looking for a lower price stay. "

"Stayed in room 308 had a strange mildew type odor immediately walking in, requested new sheets for bed had stains like they didn’t change them! Carpet looked/felt dirty, A/C needs help thankfully it wasn’t hot during our stay. Asked front desk for new towels delivered to our room NEVER brought had to ask housekeeping staff directly! Elevator was broken had to use stairs our entire stay. Only positive was the mattress was comfortable & the location was perfect. Won’t stay again. "

"The staff was great. They did a nice job keeping fresh food out at breakfast and there were things even my pickiest kid would eat. Marcus was very friendly and helpful. The splash area was a big hit; however, the pool was a little small. "

"Friendly and informative. Elevator did break down on our check out day and we were on the 3rd floor. Our room was nice and recently updated. "

"Very clean. Staff was great and friendly. Breakfast is extra meh. Parking was good to have it free but those spaces are small! Walk to downtown is a little sketchy for part of the way (no sidewalks). Drops you in a good location for walking the strip."
