“We loved the quiet location, the beautiful rooms and bathroom! The beds are incredibly comfortable and room darkening curtains certainly allow for some extra sleep in the morning. I felt like I was being taken care of pre-covid style. IYKYK! There is a nespresso machine right in the room and a fridge for your leftovers, especially if you eat at Flapjacks! My teenage boys loved the stay too!”

“This hotel exceeded my expectations on all levels from the amazing quiet room to the gorgeous shower that was spotless to the pool that was endless amount of fun and not overcrowded to the restaurant in bar that had the most amazing views of downtown Gatlinburg. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is attempting to stay in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.”

“Nice place to stay. Staff at front desk were fantastic. Room was outdated but clean. Parking was easy and onsite. Had two older women sitting outside playing loud music at 12:30am. Asked them to please turn it down. They did but weren’t happy about it. Enjoyed our stay overall.”

“There is no cleaning the room for everyday. I should get the towel from front desk and shower gel went out. Then I thought, why I should pay every cost for the hotel stay, because the hotel didn't provide full service. They are still living in cobid 19 world.”
