"Breakfast was great from the buffet. Lots of choice and good quality. Enjoyed the bar the night for of the stay. Great DJ playing music that was my type of sounds. Cocktails a little expensive but they're a happy hour with cheaper cocktails from six to seven. "

"Didn't know we could call the shuttle on our arrival but the free shuttle to the station the next day was very easy and very welcome."

"I stayed here for 1 night as I had an early morning flight. The hotel is in a good location, 5 minute walk from the train station and around 10-15 from Terminal 2. Check-in was good and the manager Steph was lovely. The staff I spoke to in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. The food was also good, but expensive. The room was clean and comfy. However, the hand and body lotion had run out in the shower. Thankfully, I was able to use the other one in the bathroom. I notified the staff member working reception when I was left at approximately 2:30-2:45am but he didn't seem to care and said that housekeeping check these things. They clearly didn't check my room. Despite the issue with the amenities running out in the shower and the receptionist having an indifferent attitude, I would stay at Tribe again."

"It was fine other than the check in. The woman on reception was very rude - before I even had chance to say anything she barked, 'What's your surname?'. As I'd just booked and she couldn't imemdiately find the reservation she was clearly annoyed. Left a very sour taste. The woman on reception when I checked out (who I've dealt with before and think is South African) was as friendly as ever. "
