"I only encountered a minor issue, upon arrival at the room, the bed sheets were stained, and no towels in the room; however, I talked. To the staff who fixed it right away, the place is really nice and the staff is friendly, I definitely recommend this hotel"

"We played in a pickleball tournament onsite, so the hotel was a great choice. Rooms are a bit outdated, but the grand hacienda style is amazing. I will definitely stay here again when in Queretaro."
