Many people across the entire United States , of which I travel all the time , could take lessons from her on Customer Service and just being a very courteous and caring individual! When I come back through this way, I will stay at this Hotel because of Lisa! My first interacted with Lisa on the phone, confirming my reservation and that in itself was a truly incredible experience of a person who cares and was very efficient, professional, and courteous! How could you ask for more? Give this incredible lady a raise and recognition somehow someway! "The staff was very courteous and helpful. We had traveled all day from Tennessee to attend a family members funeral. The staff allowed us into a room early to get ready for funeral! The lady working the buffet the next morning was wonderful also! "

"Breakfast and parking were great. Guests next door were horrible, loud and apparently left a big enough mess that the whole staff knew about it. Not sure I would stay at another Tru. The staff was AMAZING. If it weren’t for them, I would be giving this experience a thumbs down."
