โOne of the best hotel experience I've had in a while. The location of the hotel is a huge plus, being so close to many important historic sites of beautiful Riga old town. Food is wonderful and the cigar bar is very classy. I didn't get a chance to experience their complementary spa service, but I plan on revisiting Grand Palace Hotel again.โ
โLovely apartment in Riga Old Town, with shops, cafes and bars nearby. Good facilities, only complaint was the bed was so big we couldn't get in from the side, so had to clamber over from the end.โ

โThis hotel is situated in a recently renovated convent so everything was spotless. The only negative thing we can think of was the fact that we didn't have a walk in shower but instead had to shower the bathtub. Because of this you would have step in and out of the bathtub which required a rather high step that not everyone would be capable of. Since the tub itself was a bit slippery that was not very comfortable. I have to say that when we mentioned this to the staff when leaving they said we...
โRoom was very nice. Kitchen was spacious and you have everything you need. I was able to use the washing machine and there were racks that you can bring to your room for clothes to dry. Check in is all automated and so you will not be meeting any of the staff in person.โ
โHonestly everything was perfect, so nice and clean. The room was so spacious and comfortable. The location is great, it's close to both the old town and the bus stop to the airport. Will definitely stay here again if I ever come to Riga in the future.โ
โWonderful location and walking distance to the House of the Black Heads and other major attractions in the Riga old town. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the room is old town style but clean and cozy. There is a variety of food options available in breakfast. Overall the stay is great and I enjoyed it entirely. โ
